1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Group Booking Portal (powered by Sajid Group of Travels), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all travel agents, professionals, and partners utilizing our wholesale group ticketing services.

2. Professional Use Only

This portal is strictly designed for B2B (Business-to-Business) use by travel professionals. By registering or booking through this portal, you confirm that you are an authorized travel agent or a professional acting on behalf of a legitimate travel entity.

3. Agent Responsibilities

As a registered agent on our portal, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all passenger data (Full Names as per Passport, Passport Numbers, Expiry Dates).
• Ensuring all passengers meet the necessary Visa and Health requirements for their destination and transit countries.
• Notifying passengers of any flight schedule changes communicated by our team.
• Full compliance with airline-specific rules for group travel.

4. Booking & PNR Confirmation

All bookings submitted through the portal are considered "Booking Requests." A booking is only finalized and "Confirmed" once the payment has been verified by our accounts department and a valid PNR has been issued.

5. Payment & Verification

Full payment must be made within the "Option Time" provided for each group. Payments must be deposited into our authorized bank accounts. Proof of payment must be uploaded via the portal's tracking system for immediate processing.

6. Modification & Liability

Group fares are highly restrictive. Name changes, date changes, or route modifications are generally not permitted by airlines. The Group Booking Portal is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect data provided by the agent or airline-initiated schedule changes.
