Refund Policy

CRITICAL NOTICE: Group airline tickets are issued at highly discounted wholesale rates. As per standard airline regulations, these tickets are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE once issued.

1. Non-Refundable Nature

The Group Booking Portal specializes in bulk discounted inventory. Due to the contractual nature of group seats with airlines, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or name changes once a PNR has been ticketed/confirmed.

2. Cancellations Prior to Issuance

If a booking request is cancelled before full payment verification and ticket issuance, no charges will apply. However, once payment is processed and the airline confirms the seats, the non-refundable policy takes immediate effect.

3. Airline-Initiated Changes

In cases where an airline cancels a flight or makes significant schedule changes (exceeding 12 hours), the refund will be subject to the airline's specific group policy. We will act as a facilitator to recover funds from the airline, which may take between 30 to 90 working days.

4. No-Show & Partial Utilization

If a passenger fails to check-in for a flight (No-Show), the ticket will be forfeited, and no refund or travel credit will be issued. Similarly, partially used tickets (one-way used in a return booking) have no refund value.

5. Processing Fees

In rare instances where an airline authorizes a refund (e.g., verified medical emergencies with supporting documentation), a service fee of PKR 5,000 per passenger will be deducted by the portal for administrative processing, in addition to any airline penalties.
